Points to consider...
Forms of Payment: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express), checks, and cash. Tips may be left on a card however cash is preferred.
Cancellations: We request 48 hours notice, however require twenty-four hours for any cancellations of our services. If less than twenty-four hours notice is given, your credit card or gift certificate will be charged 50% off the missed service with 20% gratuity. This charge is lifted if you rebook within the same week.
*All new clients, corrective color clients, and parties of two or more must reserve their appointment(s) with a credit card number and expiration date
Gift Certificates: Les Beaux Vous requires a presentation of any gift certificates being used as payment for services. It is our policy to not honor lost gift certificates. Please treat them as you would cash.
Prices: All prices are subject to change, and are subject to the service providers assesment.
Punctuality: We strive for perfection and do everything to ensure that your appointment times are met. If you are more than fifteen minutes late for an appointment, it may be necessary to shorter your service or reschedule your appointment. We do ask that all spa guests arrive 15 minutes in advance
