I have been going to Les Beaux Vous for special occasions for 9 years now, and it has been my experience that they always go the extra mile to make their clients happy and confortable. Their services are excellent, from a wonderful, relaxing, nourishing facial to an expert manicure and pedicure. And I love the massaging chairs! Lisa took very good care of me last week, and I couldn't be happier.

I've been going to Shari for medicinal rotator cuff massage, trying to stave off surgery. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I am absolutely pleased with her service.

I am a newcomer to Les Beaux Vous Salon and Day Spa and the salon experience in general, but am now planning to be a devoted client. Having been frustrated in the past with several disappointing salon experiences, I am happy to report that Linda, Shelby, Sara and all the staff at Les Beaux Vous really go the extra distance in keeping their clientele happy, comfortable and educated as well. I will recommend their services enthusiastically to anyone wishing for great hair care and individualized pampering.

I am a recent convert to les beaux vous. I was unhappy with the travel time and the sudden spike in prices at the salon I had been going to for years. I looked online and found rave reviews regarding your salon and decided to give it a try.
I am so glad I did! From the moment I called, to when I walked in for my appointment, I was treated beautifully. My hairstylist, Nicki, is knowledgeable and wonderful! She listened to what my needs were regarding my haircut and gave her suggestions. The end result; les beaux moi!! I have recently had a color done and next is a mani/pedi. You do it all and do it well. Thank you!

I have been a customer of LBV for a number of years now. Whether a visit for a massage or a facial to manage the stress of business or just a hair cut, every service that Linda and her staff provides is always an exceptional one. All of the staff are extremely professional and courteous. Particularly Amy, who does my monthly cut. She puts so much care and effort into her work, it's amazing. Amy is a consumate professional and a Master Artist who just gets every little detail as perfect as possible. I'm a customer for life! Thanks ladies!

My life has been hard over the last past two years, my family has had a lot of medical problems. Not having much money in these hard times, I had to put off putting on make up or having my hair done. My experience at LBV was wonderful, they made me feel relaxed the moment I walked through the door. I wanted to thank everyone at LBV especially Lucy. I had my hair colored, cut, and my eyebrows done. Lucy took her time with me and I left feeling like a new woman. My husband told me I looked 15 years younger the moment I got home. I'm in love with LBV! I have gone to my fair share of salons, but this one takes the cake! I love the intimate salon feel, but don't like feeling like I'm in a hair factory, LBV is the perfect fit! I'm always greeted with a smile from Sarah (hope I spelled it right), and am always offered a drink while I wait. Which is never long, I don't think they have ever run over schedule and I always feel like I am paid special attention. Everyone that works their is delightful and it's wonderful to know Linda, seeing and knowing the owner of local businesses always makes me feel better about supporting them! And Nicole! What can I say? I have had 3 different, experienced people do my hair, color and cut and none have the skills she does. I always walk away getting exactly what I want (even if I want in having no clue). She guides me, with her best advice, and even after washing my hair and styling it myself I love her cuts and color. The girls a gem! LBV is THE BEST salon I have found in my 23 years living in CT and I will never give it up! Thanks for making me feel wonderful ladies of LBV!

I have been getting my hair cut at LBV for about six years, now. I have had my hair cut by other people there (who also do a marvelous job), but over the past few years, I have become a regular client of Amy's. She takes her time to find out what I want and makes suggestions appropriate to my own personal style. Recently, money has been very tight, and I had to consider going somewhere else to get my hair done, but cannot bring myself to get my hair cut by anyone else. Thanks so much Amy!

I booked a gel manicure and complimentary pedicure special in September, right before my vacation. Lucy was an excellent manicurist, patient and precise--made my hands, nails and toes gorgeous!!! It is always such a treat to relax and be pampered at Les Beaux Vous!!! Thank you!!! I'll be back!!!

I am so hooked on Les Beaux Vous and absolutely adore the "girls" that work there. They are all so personable and dedicated. Linda has done a great job hiring only the *best* of the best. The spa services at this salon far exceed any other salon that I have visited. Torrington is so lucky to have a salon/spa of this caliber. A hidden gem in the Northwest Corner of CT. Love, love, love this place.

Being a long time customer of LBV I just wanted to say that Linda has done it again. Anyone who has pain should go see Shari. She asks where you hurt and listens and then works on the area that is in question. I would like to say that I feel 20 years younger after two visits with Shari's golden hands. It also helps that I'm doing the right exercises for the areas that hurt. So for anyone who would like to feel totally pampered and relaxed I would suggest Shari. Also the rest fo the staff is so helpful and wonderful to be around it makes it a pleasure just to walk in the door. You have a wonderful team Linda and I think you got a star in Shari.

I just wanted to say how happy I was after my first hair appointment at LBV! After speaking with Sara to schedule my first appointment I found her to be extremely pleasant and professional over the phone! That was my first impression! Then after meeting Nikki and discussing my color concerns she completely put me at ease with her confidence and knowledge. I love my color, my cut, and the products she used to style my hair! I love the ideas she has for future appointments and how the girls all work as a team!! 5 star in my book!!!!

If you are looking for a trendy, up to date hair salon in Torrington, this is where it is at! I had the wonderful pleasure of having my hair styled for my sisters wedding. They did a fantastic job. They were so accommodating! We brought our own munchies and they set us up with bowls and champagne glasses for the Mimosa's. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is open and airy.
I normally go to a hair salon in South Windsor and this salon is all up to date on the latest hair products so I was very impressed! They are located above Reibmans and Bachis. You can park in Bachi's parking lot in the rear on Franklin ave and come up the rear stairway. It was a nice morning getting our hair styled overlooking downtown Torrington.

I had my hair cut and styled by Shelby before a vacation in March. She was really professional and thorough. I can honestly say it was the best haircut I've had in a long time. I cannot wait to go back.

I have been going to LBV for a little over a year. I would always excitiedly wait for my Daughter to come Home after her appt at LBV. She always had the nicest style and color, so I had to go there as well. I LOVE LBV!! Everyone is so wonderful and caring there, and as soon as you walk through the Door and are Greeted by Sara, it is all about you. It is my time to be "papmpered" as I have been told there. I love My Stylist, Nikki as well as all of the Sylists at LBV. They are all so talented and up to date on the latest styles and colors, and they are so happy to help you chose a color and style that will work best for you. I can't wait to try some of the Other Services that LBV offers as well. When I leave LBV, I feel so pampered and I know that I truly look my Best. I will continue to be a Loyal Customer there for sure.

I wrote the review at the end of this column, and I want to say I've been back for a facial, and the girls were extra nice to me this time. Linda always goes out of her way to chat and offer suggestions, and make me feel special. My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas, and I'm looking forward to using it, as soon as I have time to relax and be pampered.

To be cared for and cared about, there is no greater feeling. I speak from experience of over 100 haircuts plus hair color, facials, massages and pedicures. If something about your service is not quite right, go back, they'll fix it. LBV maintains a charismatic and skillful staff that stays on top of the newest trends and technology. I'm hooked on LBV.

Ive been a client of LBV's for many years. Amy is an amazing hair stylist. however, I would trust anyone there with my hair. I can be difficult and picky when getting my hair done. Lbv is greAt !! The girls are so upbeat and friendly. Also I love the suggestions they make. My stylist uses a glaze and keeps my hair a bit healthier. I am going to try a massage next! Also the bumble line is awesome I use the thicking products and they smell amazing!!!

I'm still a fairly new client at LBV however I love going here for my hair treatments. My most recent hair cut from Nikki was exactly what I wanted and I have received so many compliments on my new hair style. I love LBV. Linda has been cutting my hair beatifully for years...cant say how many because then people would think we are old! Amy is great with my son and doing my color. Shelby has done a great job on my color and Nikki has been great to us too.I have nothing but great feelings about my hairdressers. I always get compliments on my haircuts and especially hair color. I agreed to do the "model cutting class" on Feb. 28th and was told someone would be in touch with a time. No hard feelings, just surprised that I was forgotten. I will be in touch for a cut and color soon. Way too many gray hairs!!!

A must try for the winter months is the Marine Mud Massage. The mud layer to exfoliate and detox, a warm shower and then the wonderful Jasmine oils. Did not want to shower for days as my skin felt so silky smooth. Have tried other places but I always return. There is nothing like it.

My first introduction to Linda and the spa was after a long air flightwhen I really needed nurturing.I booked a Abhyyanga-Garshana massage and Alleviate Jet lag and a nagging sinus infection. Linda has been styling my hair for more than 11 years, and I've been thrilled with the service and atmosphere at LBV since day one. I'm writing this review bc I got my first 90-minute massage today, and it was AMAZING! I love that Linda tailored the massage to my body: I've been struggling with a "bad back" for years, but the last month has been excruciating -- until this massage. Linda released knots that I must have been building for years and stretched my muscles so I walked out feeling relaxed and at least an inch taller! I've got another massage scheduled in two weeks...

I love LBV. I have been coming here for years! Amy and Shelby do a great job with my unruly hair and everyone is so friendly. I have also had wonderful relaxing pedicures and they mixed the perfect custom makeup for me for my daughter's wedding. I really good place. It's worth the climb upstairs!

Thanks to Linda and Nikki I no longer struggle with my hair. Linda does my cut and Nikki does my color. It is such a pleasure and a relief to like the way my hair looks EVERY day. LesBeauxVous is a modern,up to date,clean,customer service oriented salon.I have been a client of Lindas since 2002,and have never been disappointed with a haircut.She is a master in her field.All the staff is friendly and efficient and the produts are excellent. I recently moved to Torrington less than a year ago and these is the hidden gem of the town! I came to Les Beaux Vous in need of some serious TLC. Shari did such a sensational job untangling the knots in my back that I now visit her monthly for maintenance and relaxation. I even brought in my fiancee to experience her magical; hands, which she miraculously put a smile on his grumpy mug too ;) The atmosphere is super chic and cozy with warm colors and modern decor, not to mention the front desk girl,Sarah, is such a sweet peach. I have had a few treatments, as well as my hair done at Les Beaux Vous, and have loved everything. The ladies there are wonderful, the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, and I always feel welcome. I recently had the Warm Herbal Body Renew and felt the need to share. This has been my favorite treatment yet. The warm oil scalp massage (esp with how dry the winter makes me feel) was an incredible start to this treatment that melted away my stress. The scrub felt great and the hot shower was superb. The warm herbal massage at the end takes the cake and my skin felt like silk! By the time it ended, I was completely relaxed and ready for a nap, yet strangely invigorated. If anyone asks me for a recommendation for pampering themselves or a gift for someone else, the Warm Herbal Body Renew is it!!!

I am new to the area and discovered LBV while driving by one day. I made an appointment with Nikki for a hair cut and I was very pleased with my visit. Not only do I love my hair cut, but the salon is super clean and bright and Nikki and the girls there are very friendly. I will certainly become a regular!

I love going to Les Beaux Voux, it is relaxing, I love the color and cut I get, and all the staff are friendly and professional. I love the B&B hair thickening spray that I buy also, it gives my hair the impression of looking like it is fuller than it really is. I have also had a pedicure there which is so relaxing and feels so good. Plus they offer so many specials and have alot of products and services to offer, which makes it convenient so you don't have to go to 1 place to do your nails, then another to do your hair, etc.--Loretta Sali

My daughter-in-law, Denise, and I had a wonderful facial and massage, but we didn't feel special in the front room like in the past. No tea offered, no water offered afterwards, and the girls were talking among themselves while we were standing there waitnig to pay. We go there especially for that pampered feeling, and pay a lot for it, and missed it!

My experience at les beaux Vous was wonderful!!! Happiest place I've ever been!! The staffs team approach to deciding my haircolor was unique and refreshing! I'm a first time bumble and bumble user and the girls were very helpful at helping me choose what to use at home. All in all my experience was great!!! I am looking forward to my next visit at the salon!
