Hey, you wanna hear about them fancy Rolex Submariner watches? My grandson, he’s always going on about them. Says they’re the best. Me? I don’t know nothing about fancy watches. But I hear tell these high imitation Rolex Submariner ones, they’re somethin’ else. They look just like the real thing, but they ain’t gonna cost you an arm and a leg! You can find them in Rolex Submariner specialty stores.
My grandson showed me one of them watch websites the other day. Full of the real deal Rolex Submariner watches. You seen the prices on them things? Lord have mercy! Who’s got that kind of money? Not me, that’s for sure. Not anyone I know, either. But these high imitation Rolex Submariner, they look just the same. Maybe not quite as good, you know. But close enough. Nobody’s gonna know the difference unless they’re some kinda expert, maybe.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ you should go buy one of them fake things. No, no. I don’t wanna mislead ya. I mean, it might not be honest like the authentic Rolex Submariner. But if you just want somethin’ that looks good on your wrist, and you ain’t got a pile of money to burn, then one of them high imitation Rolex Submariner might do the trick. My grandson, he says they got all sorts of those watches. Some with the date on ’em, some without. He was talkin’ about a green one, calls it “Hulk” or somethin’. Some people like those I reckon. Sounds silly to me. But I don’t like green much.
He kept goin’ on and on about these other brands too. One is called “Timex”. He says they’re cheap. Like, real cheap. But they ain’t no Rolex. He was sayin’ somethin’ about “M79 Automatic”. I don’t know what that means. But if you’re lookin’ for cheap, maybe that’s the way to go. It costs a tiny bit of that Rolex price. Still too much for a watch if you ask me. You can buy a good used tractor for that kind of money!
There is another one called “Omega”. I think that’s what he said. I know that brand. They make good stuff. Probably not as good as the Rolex though, that’s what he said. That Rolex is the best. If you wanna get a real one, you gotta be careful. Some folks out there, they ain’t honest. They’ll try to sell you a fake one and tell you it’s real. So you gotta find a place you can trust. Someone who’s gonna be straight with you. And who’s gonna give you a fair price.

Seems like a lot of fuss over a watch. But he says they’re “excellent”. Whatever that means. He’s a good boy, though. Works hard. Maybe someday he’ll get his fancy watch. I don’t know if it will be Rolex or not. But I hope he does.

The logo and everythin’. They even got that little circle thing on the face, what do they call it? The dial. Yeah, the dial. They say these replica Rolex are tough. You can wear them swimmin’ or whatever. That’s somethin’, I guess.
So, if you’re thinkin’ about gettin’ one of them fancy Rolex Submariner watches, you got some choices. You can spend a whole heap of money and get the real thing. Or you can save some money and get one of them high imitation ones. Just make sure you know what you’re gettin’. And find a Rolex Submariner specialty store you can trust.
Me? I’ll stick with my old watch. It tells the time just fine. Don’t need nothin’ fancy. But if you want somethin’ fancy, well, that’s up to you. Just don’t go spendin’ all your money on somethin’ you don’t need. And be careful out there. There’s a lot of folks tryin’ to sell you somethin’ that ain’t what they say it is. You gotta be smarter than them. That’s all I got to say about that. Those high imitation Rolex Submariner, they sure are somethin’, ain’t they?
Oh, and one more thing, that grandson of mine mentioned there’s a new one out, the “126610”. He said it’s the latest thing. Probably even more money than the others. Kid’s got expensive taste, I tell ya. But hey, if that’s what he wants, more power to him. Maybe he’ll get that 126610 Rolex Submariner someday. Me? I’m happy with what I got. That is all.
