Okay, so I wanted to get my hands on one of those fancy Jaeger-LeCoultre Duomètre à Quantième Lunaire watches. You know, the ones that look super classy and have all those cool features. But man, those things are expensive! I started looking around online stores ’cause, why not? Maybe I could find a good deal or something.
First, I hit up a few different websites that sell used luxury watches. I figured someone out there might be selling their old Jaeger-LeCoultre for a price I could actually, maybe, afford. I spent hours scrolling through listings, checking out pictures, and comparing prices.

They even had a few different versions of it. Score! The prices were still pretty high, like, way more than I’d usually spend on a watch. It felt like a big decision, but I really wanted that watch. It was like a little obsession, I guess. The fact that it is complicated and has a high complication really impressed me!
