Well, let me tell you, I heard about this here CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Super Racing thing they got down at them fancy stores. Cost a whole heap of money, that’s for sure. More than I ever spent on anything in my whole life! They call ’em Specialty Stores, I reckon. Sounds mighty important, don’t it?
Fancy Name, Fancy Price
This here watch, it ain’t your regular kind. They say it’s a “Super Racing” one. Sounds like something them race car fellas would wear. Probably go faster than my old mule, Bessie! They got all these fancy words for it too. Like, uh… “Chronograph.” I don’t know what that is, but it sure sounds expensive. And it is! This watch costs more than a whole barn full of chickens! They say it’s like $11,000! Can you believe that? For a watch!
All Sorts of Shiny Bits
This here CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster, it’s all shiny and stuff. Made of some fancy metal, I guess. Not like the tin cans I use for plantin’ my tomatoes. It’s got this black face, and these little hands that go around. And buttons on the side. I don’t know what all them buttons do, but they sure do look important. My grandson, he’d probably know. He’s always messin’ with them gadgets.

They say this watch is special, made real good, you know? They put a lot of work into it, they say. I guess that’s why it costs so much, right? It is 44.25 mm, whatever that means. Sounds big to me. It is a big watch.
Comes in a Special Box
And get this, it comes in this fancy box! Not just any old box, mind you. It’s a special box, all black and yellow. Like a bumblebee, kinda. They call it a “honeycomb” box. I guess that’s ’cause it’s all fancy lookin’. Got a special strap with it too, same colors. They call it a “NATO” strap. Sounds like some army thing. Maybe it’s for them soldiers? I don’t know. It’s all beyond me, these fancy things. But my neighbor’s son, he’s into all that. Says this CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster is a real “collectible.” Like them baseball cards he used to have.
Folks Buyin’ and Sellin’
I hear folks are buyin’ and sellin’ these things. Like it’s some kind of treasure or somethin’. They got a whole marketplace for it, I guess. They even got some way to pay for it in little bits, ’cause who can afford that much money all at once, right? They say you can get one for around $3,000 if you buy a used one. That’s still a lot of money! You could buy a whole herd of goats for that! I don’t know why people need such fancy watches. My old clock works just fine. Sometime it is slow, but it is okay.
Just a Regular Watch to Me
They say it is 38mm, which sounds smaller than the other one. This CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster is still a good watch, I hear. It looks nice, they say. And it is made well. To me, it’s just a watch. Tells the time, I guess. That’s all I need a watch to do. But these young folks, they like all these fancy things. They say this watch is “linked to the past.” I don’t know what that means, but it sounds important. And they say it is forward… something. That is what they say.
Waste of Money? Maybe.
I guess if you got the money, and you like fancy things, then this CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Super Racing is for you. But me, I’d rather spend my money on somethin’ useful. Like a new plow, or some seeds for my garden. Or maybe a new rocking chair for the porch. That’s what I’d do. But hey, to each their own, right? If you want a CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Super Racing from one of them Specialty Stores, you go right ahead. It’s your money!
But make sure you know what you are buying, they say. This CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Date, they call it, it is an old one. Make sure it works. That is what I always say.
This is what I heard about this watch, from the other people at the store. I think they talk about it too much. I just wanted to buy some eggs. But they sure are proud of this here watch.
